Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of a purchase if you have used fewer than 2 hours of processing time from that purchase. If you have used 2 hours or more, we will refund the value of your unused hours (the price you paid, divided by the hours you bought, times the hours you have left). We limit this to one refund per customer. To ask, sign in to the web app at app.discero.ai and press Request a refund in the sidebar within 14 days of the purchase. You can also email support@discero.ai.

Credit packs

This covers the Starter, Semester and Year packs. When we refund a pack, the hours from that purchase that remain are removed from your account.

Monthly plans

The same rule applies to any monthly payment: ask within 14 days of that payment. You can cancel at any time with the "Manage or cancel plan" button in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep your hours until the end of the paid month.

Customers in the EU and UK

If you live in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital services, that statutory right ends once we begin providing the service with your agreement, and Paddle's checkout shows the required notice. Our refund promise above is in addition to any rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.

If something goes wrong

If a recording fails to process because of an error on our side, the hours are returned automatically. If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, email us and we will fix it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go through Paddle, the platform used for the original purchase, and usually reach the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
